Whether you’re brand new to yoga, returning after time away, or simply wanting to feel more confident in class, this series will meet you where you are. Over three Saturdays, you’ll build a strong foundation, learn how to move with more ease, and walk away with a practice you can trust.

  • Time: 11:30am–1:00pm

  • Location: RedTail Power Yoga (Hopewell Junction, NY)

This workshop series is created and led by our 300-Hour Advanced Teacher Trainees as part of their leadership training at RedTail—offering you exceptional support, thoughtful teaching, and a welcoming environment to learn.

What You’ll Learn

 

Week 1: FOCUS
Foundations, breath, and alignment. Learn the building blocks of RedTail Power Yoga and set up your practice with clarity and support.

 

Week 2: FLOW
Learn to Flow with what is through transitions, rhythm, and continuity. Build a practice that feels smooth, steady and confident.

 

Week 3: EVOLVE
Integrate and expand from the building blocks. Evolve your practice and leave with tools you can bring into every class.
