Three Saturdays to build confidence in your practice— Focus • Flow • Evolve.

Whether you’re brand new to yoga, returning after time away, or simply wanting to feel more confident in class, this series will meet you where you are. Over three Saturdays, you’ll build a strong foundation, learn how to move with more ease, and walk away with a practice you can trust.

  • Time: 11:30am–1:00pm

  • Location: RedTail Power Yoga (Hopewell Junction, NY)

This workshop series is created and led by our 300-Hour Advanced Teacher Trainees as part of their leadership training at RedTail—offering you exceptional support, thoughtful teaching, and a welcoming environment to learn.

What You’ll Learn

 

Week 1: FOCUS
Foundations, breath, and alignment. Learn the building blocks of common yoga postures and how to set up your body with clarity and support.

 

Week 2: FLOW
Transitions, rhythm, and continuity. Break down the “in-between” moments so movement feels smoother, steadier, and more confident.

 

Week 3: EVOLVE
Integration and expansion, making it yours. Learn how to expand from the building block and evolve practice to your body and leave with tools you can bring into every class.
